Constructibility Reviews
The Challenge
Work with Olympic Associates to prepare and present a clear, concise and meaningful
Constructibility Review of the project documents for the Anchorage School District's
proposed Anchorage Area High School.
The Process
Bluewater, working with Olympic Associates and other consultants
completed a sheet-by-sheet review of the project drawings and a thorough review of the
project manuals, identifying design errors and potential change orders. Bluewater
provided review of the architectural interior elements of the project and presented
recommendations to improve the contractual scheduling required of the contractor.
The Results
On the basis of the review, Olympic Associates was able to identify and make key recommendations to the
Anchorage School District that minimized cost impacts to an already tight construction budget.
