Project Description:
In order to assist the City of Everett in successfully challenging a
contractor's claim for additional costs and a time extension, Bluewater
developed an independent construction schedule against which the
submittal log was reviewed.

Project Description:
Collins Woerman, a busy architectural firm, has 90 staff members working
across 100 concurrent projects. Bluewater used Microsoft Project 2000®
to prepare standard templates and an organization wide resource pool to
provide the principals with a greater look-ahead capability and a more
integrated approach to the management of their projects and resources.
This has helped them to make more informed and smarter business decisions.

Olympic Associates, Inc.
Project Description:
Bluewater was invited by Olympic Associates to join their team to review
project documents for a new school cnostruction in Anchorage, AK. This
involved careful scrutiny of project drawings and manuals to identify and
resolve discrepancies and errors, with a view to minimizing change orders and
consequent cost impacts to an already tight budget.

Project Description:
The Boeing Facilities Group required an automated reporting system for an
array of large and small projects. Bluewater worked with Boeing's project
team to define the scope and then craft a solution from the Microsoft Office
product suite and Bluewater's in-house reporting tool -- Project Partner.

Project Description:
Providing project planning and control services for the team responsible
for the installation of PeopleSoft® as an enterprise Payroll, HR, and
Benefits administration. When complete, the application will consolidate over
12 separate payroll systems and provide services for about 49,000
employees.
